宜蘭擁有乾淨的空氣及水源，桶柑、金棗、哈密瓜種植繁多，蜜源充足。養蜂達人黃東明先生，因對蜜蜂生態的認知與熱忱，盡綠色環保的一份責任，創立「蜂采館」，帶領大家認識蜜蜂的生態文化，還能品嚐新鮮現挖的「蜂王乳、蜂蜜、花粉」，提供一個知識的、文化的、趣味的、生態的蜜蜂之旅，讓遊客可以親密的貼近、體驗悠遊於蜜蜂的神奇世界。
