陳忠藏先生是宜蘭重要的藝術家，他的作品渾厚的色彩和靈活的筆觸，融入東方書畫筆趣和略帶朦朧感的詩情畫意。他作畫時，總是意在筆先，下筆揮灑，彩繪出生動畫面。

陳忠藏先生的創作多元，水彩之外，書法、水墨及雕塑等亦有傲人的能量，這些都可以在他一手創立的「陳忠藏美術館」看到，這裡是他培育藝術英才，扎根宜蘭藝術及與各方交流互動的基地。

Chen Chung-tsang is an important artist of Yilan. His works feature rich colors and agile brushstrokes, and fuse elements of Oriental calligraphy and painting and slightly vague poetic ambience.
He founded “Chen Chung-tsang Museum” all by himself, and this is where he nurtures art talents, develops local art of Yilan, and interacts with others.
