人口外移、人口老化、耕地縮減，內城社區是台灣傳統農村的縮影。

自2008年來，社區結合農村特色，讓老人家經驗傳承、讓社區與露空間改善、讓社區文化存續，並加駐活躍老化及生產力老化思維，由社區阿公組成鐵牛車隊，推動鐵牛力阿卡導覽體驗，用一隻隻不用吃草也會運功的牛，載著大家在內城社區散步，感受農村的生活日常。在大樹公下談笑風生，在水圳旁享受湧泉的澄澈與沁涼，聽著社區阿公們說故事，不僅展現老農的生活智慧，也延續了農村的文化，看見農村的真善美。

Since 2008, grandpas in the community have leveraged the unique features of the rural village, and formed the Iron Bull Truck Team. They push the “Iron Bull Li A Ka (Truck)” to take visitors onto guided tours; these bulls that do not eat grass take visitors onto a stroll in the Neicheng community, to experience the daily life in the rural village. The grandpas tell stories that not only show the old farmers’ wisdom on life, but also pass on the rural culture, showing people the good, beauty, and sincerity of rural villages.
