冬山鄉仁山植物園山腳下的古意生活藝術館，主建築為傳統一條龍六開間老厝，這裡是「家」也是「館」，蒐藏著百年古董家具與文物。「古意」取自閩南語誠懇之意，以邀請朋友來家作客的心情，感受老空間、老家具與在地的人情味。

結合當地特產茶與柚子，發展出質樸的植物染，透過開辦「古意生活藝術塾」的方式，從宜蘭人文地景出發，發掘藝術創作的題材與在地素材。將老房子轉化成藝術文化的展演場，提供生活化的場景式體驗，體會生活就是藝術，藝術就是生活。

Gu Yi Living Arts Gallery is at the foot of Renshan Botanical Garden in Dongshan Township. The main building is a traditional six-bay house, where century-old vintage furniture and relics are kept.

The gallery makes use of locally produced tea and pomelo to develop primitive plant dyes. Through hosting “Gu Yi Living Art Academy,” the gallery explores creative themes and local materials, transforming the old house into an exhibition venue of art and culture.
