宜蘭的好水產好酒,日治時期宜蘭酒廠在員山鄉阿蘭城掘井引水製造紅露酒,口感醇厚、風味迷人,從婦女坐月子、麵攤小酌寄瓶,到廟會、喜宴暢飲都少不了它,是宜蘭人招待客人的最佳縣酒。

宜蘭酒廠成立於1910年,歷史悠久,見證台灣產業變遷。1998開始推出全新酒品和酒類相關產品,以提高市場競爭力,並充分利用製酒過程的下腳料轉為新產品。

Wine is water with story.
Yilan’s quality water produces good wine. During the Japanese Colonial period, Yilan Distillery drilled wells in Alancheng, Yuanshan Township, to produce Hungluh Chiew, which is known for rich taste and charming flavors. Hungluh Chiew is widely popular, and is consumed by women who have just given birth, guests at noodle stands, participants of temple festivals or life's celebrated occasions, becoming the county liquor Yilan people offer to guests.
Yilan Distillery was founded in 1910; throughout its long history, the distillery has witnessed Taiwan’s industrial changes.
